MEET your coach

Intimacy isn’t something you fix.
It’s something you learn—through your body.
Hi, i am ALEXIANA
I am a Somatic Intimacy and Relationship Coach, trained through the Somatica Institute—one of the most respected experiential intimacy training programs in the world. I am based in Naples and work with clients globally through private Zoom coaching. While my physical location is local, my practice is intentionally international, digital-first, and deeply personal.
The Intimate Way exists for people who are tired of overthinking intimacy—and ready to experience it differently.
AND I VERY AM EXCITED TO MEET YOU
MY CORE PHILOSOPHY
Most people struggle in love, sex, and relationships not because they are broken—but because they were never taught how intimacy actually works in the body, the nervous system, and real-time connection.
The Intimate Way exists to change that.
My work helps clients:

EXPERIENTIAL & INTIMATE.
” You can read every book, listen to every podcast, and still feel stuck—because intimacy is not a cognitive problem.
it’s a somatic one.
I created The Intimate Way to offer what most people never receive: clear, embodied, real-world intimacy education that lives in the body—not just the mind. “

the approach behind
my training
I am trained in the Somatica Method, an experiential model that blends:
- Trauma-aware, without being pathology focused
- Pleasure Forward, without being performative or sexual
- Grounded, ethical & deeply attuned
- Experiential, not therotical
Unlike traditional therapy or talk-based coaching, Somatica is practice-based. That means we don’t just talk about intimacy—we work with it in real time, in the body, with consent, clarity, and choice.
WHO I LOVE TO WORK WITH
While I welcome a wide range of clients, I work especially well with:
Why I love working with women.
I love working with women who feel the call toward leadership, dominance, or erotic polarity because so many of them have been taught to minimize, soften, or apologize for their power. These women are often emotionally intelligent, capable, and deeply attuned—yet struggle to find relationships where their strength is met rather than resisted. Intimacy coaching offers a space where leadership is not something to negotiate away, but something to embody with clarity and consent. Through somatic practice, we explore how dominance can live in the body without hardening, how polarity can be cultivated without performance, and how desire can be expressed without self-abandonment. This work helps women lead from presence rather than pressure—creating intimacy that feels alive, grounded, and mutual.
Exploring Identity, Desire, and Embodiment
I am deeply committed to working with queer clients because so many have had to discover intimacy without clear maps. Traditional relationship models often fail to reflect queer desire, bodies, or relational structures—leaving many people brilliant at self-awareness but disconnected from embodied pleasure. Somatic intimacy coaching provides a space where identity does not need to be explained or justified, and desire does not need to fit a script. Together, we work with the nervous system to build safety, clarity, and choice around attraction, boundaries, and connection. This allows queer clients to move beyond survival-based relating and into intimacy that feels self-authored, resourced, and deeply embodied.
NAVIGATING TRADITIONAL DATING CHALLENGES
I have a particular respect for men who feel misaligned within conventional dating dynamics. Many of these men are thoughtful, emotionally available, and deeply relational—yet struggle to find spaces where their desires are understood rather than misunderstood or dismissed. Intimacy coaching helps them disentangle intimacy from shame, passivity, or self-erasure, and instead experience it as an empowered, conscious choice. Through embodied practice, we work with confidence, attraction, and nervous system regulation so intimacy becomes something expressed from presence rather than fear. This work supports men in showing up authentically, communicating desire clearly, and forming connections rooted in mutual respect and polarity.
Exploring Power, Consent, and Desire with Integrity
I am especially drawn to clients who care deeply about power, consent, and ethical relating—because these conversations require nuance, embodiment, and nervous system literacy. Many people navigating power dynamics intellectually understand consent, yet struggle to feel it in their bodies or communicate it in real time. Somatic intimacy coaching bridges this gap by helping clients sense yes, no, and maybe as lived experiences rather than abstract ideas. Together, we build the capacity to hold desire and responsibility at the same time—allowing power to be explored consciously, safely, and with integrity. This work is explicitly non-sexual, while remaining fully embodied, alive, and relationally rich.
